Recipes for Shallot Season
It’s the most wonderful time of the year in the garden: summer. The harvest is abundant and our kitchen is overflowing with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and….shallots. I’m not sure what happened between planting about 25 shallot bulbs to harvesting 15lbs of shallots in June, but here we are.
So in honor of the abundant shallot harvest and clearly a need to use them, I’ve rounded up some recipes we’re excited to try!
