Years ago I decided to make health a priority for my life. And by priority, I mean a Priority.  I prepare 90% of the meals we eat each week using fresh, whole foods focused on pasture raised meats, wild caught seafood, local vegetables, and homemade bread. We’re fortunate to have the time and money to make this investment in our health. But what can be more important than our health. Our health allows us to do everything we do, and to do it at a very high level.
